Ledion Liço is an Albanian television presenter, creative director, media executive, and television and film producer. With a career spanning more than two decades, he has established himself as a prominent figure in Albanian broadcasting, entertainment, music, and audiovisual production.
His career began in the early 2000s through music and radio, eventually developing into a long-standing association with Top Media Group. He first gained recognition through Select, Wake Up, and Shtojzovallet, before becoming the face of major entertainment and music productions, including Top Fest, Unplugged, Rewind, and Top Music Awards. He later went on to host internationally renowned television formats such as The Voice of Albania and The Voice Kids Albania, the latter of which he also served as executive producer.
Liço entered reality television as the presenter of Big Brother Albania 8 in 2015. In 2024, he returned to prime-time television as the host of Big Brother VIP Albania, establishing a distinctive presenting style characterized by sharp humor, spontaneity, and contemporary cultural references.
Alongside his on-screen career, Liço has played a significant role in the creative and strategic development of Albanian media. As Artistic and Creative Director of Top Channel, he has been involved in television production, creative direction, entertainment development, and the evolution of the broadcaster’s audiovisual identity. He has also overseen public relations and promotional campaigns for Top Media’s television channels and DigitAlb.
Since 2020, he has led Top Media’s Music Channels, a portfolio comprising Top Albania Radio, one of the leading Albanian-language radio stations, alongside other television and radio channels. In this role, he oversees programming, creative direction, and the channels’ adaptation to evolving audience habits. His longstanding involvement in music and radio also includes projects such as A.Live.Night, Heineken Sessions, and Summer Dance, combining live performance, artist development, and broadcasting.
His executive production experience extends to major television formats, including The Voice Kids and Dancing with the Stars. Beyond television, Liço has also pursued music as a performer and recording artist, as well as acting, further broadening his creative portfolio.
In 2023, he helped establish Top Channel Films, the film production and distribution venture of Top Media Group, serving as its executive director and producer of its debut feature film, Në Kuadër të Dashurisë. The venture marked an expansion into cinema, with ambitions to develop commercially successful Albanian films while supporting original storytelling and the local audiovisual industry.

Beyond his professional career, he is a father of three and maintains a strong personal interest in music, literature, cinema, and the arts.
