Hosted by Ledion Liço throughout all six seasons, the competition brought together established musicians as coaches, including Alma Bektashi, Sidrit Bejleri, Elton Deda, Miriam Cani, Aurela Gaçe, Elsa Lila, Genc Salihu, Jonida Maliqi, Alban Skënderaj, Besa Kokëdhima, Rona Nishliu, and Xuxi. The Voice of Albania (and The Voice of Albania Kids) was one of Albania’s most prominent television singing competitions, broadcast on Top Channel from 21 October 2011 to 19 May 2017, spanning six seasons.
Based on the internationally successful format created by John de Mol in the Netherlands, the show introduced Albanian audiences to a different approach to discovering musical talent: contestants were initially judged exclusively on their voices through the iconic Blind Auditions.
